Thank you for choosing Boyvibestore. We specialize in high-quality, made-to-order products for our customers across the UK. Below are the details regarding our shipping process and policies.
1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Boyvibestore only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping. We deliver to all residential and business addresses across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders:

Domestic Shipping (UK): £6.99 for all orders.
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
As a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, each item is custom-printed after your order is confirmed. Our delivery schedule is broken down into two phases:

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
4. Shipping Partners
We utilize trusted local and national carriers to ensure your package arrives safely: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL Express UK.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Accuracy & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including Postcode). If you notice an error, please email support@boyvibestore.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the production phase or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos and contact us immediately. we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment if necessary.
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Easter, or Bank Holidays), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for both handling and transit due to high volumes with our printing partners and courier services.
9. Multiple Shipments
If you order different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they are produced and delivered as quickly as possible. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
