At Boyvibestore, your satisfaction is our top priority. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) specialist, every item is custom-made for you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a fair and transparent experience.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- The item must have all original tags attached and remain in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that show clear signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by our error.
- Items missing original packaging or tags.
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@boyvibestore.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
Restocking Fee: £0.00 (We do not charge any restocking or handling fees).
Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Boyvibestore will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@boyvibestore.shop with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Order Cancellations
Since our products are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the item enters the production phase, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
9. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Timeframe: Please remember it can take 5 – 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@boyvibestore.shop.
