Order Cancellation & Change Policy
Effective Date: April 13, 2026
At Boyvibestore, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are Print-on-Demand (POD)—meaning they are custom-made specifically for you—there is a limited window for cancellations or modifications.
1. Order Processing Overview
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days.
Once an order passes the cut-off time or enters the production phase, it is uniquely printed and prepared for shipment.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
You may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
- How to cancel: Email us at support@boyvibestore.shop with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- If the request is made within the 12-hour window, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method.
3. Requesting a Change (Product or Quantity)
If you need to change the size, color, or quantity of an item, please contact us within the 12-hour window.
- After 12 hours, the design is sent to our printing facility, and we cannot alter the production specifications.
- If you wish to add more items to your order, we recommend placing a new order to avoid processing delays.
4. Shipping Address Changes
We understand that mistakes happen. You can request an address update within 12 hours of purchase.
- Please provide the new address in full (including Postcode).
- Note: Boyvibestore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer if a change request was not received within the 12-hour timeframe.
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been handed over to our carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you no longer want the item, you must wait for it to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send it back to our Wembley hub for a refund.
6. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please contact us immediately. As long as the duplicate order has not entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund for the extra transaction.
7. Payment Issues & Verification
If your payment is declined or flagged by our system, your order will be placed on hold. We will contact you via email to verify the transaction. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled to ensure security.
8. Product Availability & Substitutions
While we strive to keep all “blanks” (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) in stock, occasionally a specific size or color may become unavailable at our fulfillment center. In this event, we will contact you to offer an alternative item, a full refund, or an estimated restock date.
9. Security & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, Boyvibestore monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our Terms of Service. In such cases, we may request additional identification before processing the order.
10. How to Submit a Request
To ensure your request is handled promptly, please include the following in your email:
- Order Number (e.g., #BV1234)
- Full Name used for the order
- Specific details of the change or cancellation
